Total Body Circuit: Classes are a blend of cardio, strength, core & stretch. Body weight exercises & equipment will be used. Variations to increase or decrease intensity will be shown. All levels welcome!

$10 - Single Drop-in



$100 - 1 Month Unlimited* EFFECTIVE MARCH 1ST

*10 Class Packs: Valid for 6 months from the date of your first class attended. No refunds once class pack has been activated.

*6Pack: Valid for 3 months from the date of your first class attended. No refunds once class pack has been activated.

*1 Month Unlimited: Payable on the 1st of each month, valid through the 30th/31st of the same month. No carry overs, refunds, or make up sessions for missed days/weeks. This is a flat fee for you to attend any amount of classes through the month. No refunds once you've attended your first session.

Payments: Cash, cheque payable to Alicia Barber or Gail Marek, or interact e-transfer to at your first class.
