Total Body Circuit: Classes are a blend of cardio, strength, core & stretch. Body weight exercises & equipment will be used. Variations to increase or decrease intensity will be shown. All levels welcome!

Classes run all year long, join at any time!

You bring a water bottle & yoga mat. We provide the rest! Please review our PAR-Q form.

Class every third Thursday of the month is FREE to new clients!

EVENING DROP-IN: Registration is not required, but to ensure your spot and to be notified of any class scheduling changes, choose your days & submit below.



















MORNING CLASSES - REGISTRATION REQUIRED BY 6PM DAY BEFORE. Morning classes will only run if 2+ people register. An email will be sent to those who've registered the night before by 6pm to confirm or cancel. No registrations = no class.



















Pricing:

$10 Drop-in per class 

$80 for 10 Drop-in classes

10 Class Packs: 6 month expiry from last class attended. No refunds once class pack has been activated.

Payments: Cash, cheque payable to Alicia Barber or Gail Marek, or via e-transfer to info@fitufitness.ca at your first class.
